Each class includes a 20-minute pre-recorded knowledge video, as well as a 1-hour Zoom session with Berdhanya. The tools we use in each class are periods of pranaontologia (sequential breathing), attention, concentration, and meditation.


This course also offers a daily practice to restore the nervous system and an evening meditation for subconscious coordination.

Students are assigned a partner with whom they interact every week, sharing insights, support, and exploring a specific theme.


The course is effective, focused, and enhances concentration and self-commitment. You are embraced by the frequency of the group and the teacher.


We also invite experts in the field of resonance and biology to share their insights and modern methods of healing. The course offers a one-hour conversation with Dr. John Stuard Reid, an English modern scientist and a pioneer in the science of applying resonance for well-being. Class 2: Neurocommunication, neurotransmitters, and the 7th chakra.

Class 3: Pineal gland and its role in the 3 eyes.-

Class 4: Kundalini and the need for relaxation.

Class 5: Using personal resonance for balance and neural receptivity.

Class 6: Central channel and nadies, the spiritual nervous system.

About your teacher

Berdhanya Swami Tierra represents a spiritual movement. Her primary role as an educator and creator of mystical content places her globally among the transformative feminine forces of the planet. Her diverse background (psychology, anthropology, art, Vedic sciences, yoga, meditation, Ayurveda) offers fresh connections and perspectives, as well as unique and simple applications.


Her focus is always on the immaterial and the mystical sciences, a passion that leads her to long meditation retreats in India and to the publication of 16 books on personal freedom and its complements. Additionally, Berdhanya has studied and practiced the art and science of Ayurveda for over 25 years with various teachers, including training in Marma Chikistsa with Dr. Vasant Lad and the Science of Ayurveda with Dr. Shamna Prajit of India.


Formerly, she studied psychology and anthropology at INCCA University in Colombia and pursued advanced studies in visual and performing arts at the University of Cartagena, where she gained recognition in international artistic circles.
