The versability of creation brings proper balance, evolution, and playfulness. Consubstantiality, a term derived from Latin consubstantialitas, denotes the identity of substance or essence despite the difference in aspect.
As we move into an expanded perception of our form, journey, and non-form, this meditation bundle brings stability, unity, and, in some cases, stable enlightenment of our structure of being.
Body explorations
The body is the receptacle of the densest vibration of creation. It is our house and creative tool. This module dives deeper into each organ, its functions, and relations to our soul journey and spiritual resonance.
Soul and mind
This module explores the subconscious mind as an accumulation of information collected by our soul journey. It brings an understanding of our parallel ways of existence and how to connect with them.
Free spirit
Spirit blessing explores our unique colors and structures in the most subtle aspect of ourselves.- Through meditations, homework, and ceremonies, we target to liberate your spiritual potentials.

The structure of being and the formation of the trinities
Trinity meditations
The work:
The folds in the structure of the earth's bodies- We will be reviewing anatomy and nutrition concerning the physical body's evolution.
The folds in the supra astral body- Trinity meditations will be practiced to descend the four layers of the supra-astral body into the earth.
Gates to the heavens.- Trinity meditation will be practiced to ascend the earth to the heavens.
Spirit on earth- As the trinity evolves in subtle and tangible ways, the 144 vibrations of the spirit can operate on your life dynamically.

WHAT IS A MEDITATION BUNDLE?
Our immersions deliver an immersive virtual experience to foster transformation and self-realization. We offer pre-recorded classes which consist of 1 1/2 hours of breath, satsang and meditation. We make the content easily available to you. So open a quiet space at home and enjoy the teachings at your convenient time and date. We post classes every Tuesday at 6 pm Est. Time.
CAN I ASK THE INSTRUCTOR QUESTIONS DURING THE IMMERSION?
Yes! You can post your questions in the comment section, and we will answer them in the next class or directly to you.
DO I NEED ANY BACKGROUND IN MEDITATION TO UNDERSTAND THE CONTENT IN THE IMMERSION?
No problem! These immersions are designed so that someone completely new can understand the material and has enough depth for someone with a background in spiritual sciences to be fully engaged. Berdhanya may become more technical or less technical based on the audience and topic, but she always brings it back to the practical experience.
HOW WILL I VIEW THE SESSIONS?
Classes are posted at the school portal each week. So no worries if you miss one week's topic. You will have full access to the recorded sessions for at least 60 days after the uploading.
