I am Home
Earth, our home planet, is a world unlike any other. The third planet from the sun, EarthEarth, is the only place in the known universe confirmed to host life. With a radius of 3,959 miles, EarthEarth is the fifth largest planet in our solar system, and it's the only one known for sure to have liquid water on its surface.
Scientists have estimated that there are around 8.7 million species of plants and animals in existence. However, only about 1.2 million species have been identified and described so far, most insects. This means that millions of other organisms remain a complete mystery.
We, humans, form a community of 7,794,798,739 billons people.
